While the owner was kind enough to allow me to pick up the rig a day early (because the back window was shattered and could not be replaced in time for me trip), he did not meet me to review how anything worked. He created a couple of videos, but the there were so many idiosyncrasies that caused undue stress on my trip. 1. the ladder to the upper bunk was permanently affixed to the wall, so climbing was straight up with no handles--dangerous. 2. the electric water heater did not work, so we were forced to use campground showers or risk using up the propane to heat the water. 3. the thermostat for the inside is located in the bedroom, so the unit only regulates temperature in the bedroom, leaving the rest of the camper freezing. 4. the handles on the outside storage are old and one snapped off when I closed it. Unfortunately, it was the unit holding the black water hose, so I had to find an RV supply store to purchase my own black water hose. (Now the owner is claiming the busted handle against the insurance-making me responsible for his aging rig.) 5. I found out on the last day that the rig had it's own wifi--was never given the password to instructions for how to use the TV system. 6. the DEF warning light on the dash lit up while driving, and the owner told me to find a store to buy more DEF fluid to refill it since there must have been a leak. I was in the middle of nowhere--I was camping. Luckily, the light went off, so there is a glitch in something somewhere. I was so stressed that the camper would die on me in the middle of nowhere. Not exactly the feeling one is hoping to achieve on a camping trip!

The unit was well prepared and functioned well. Mr. Quoc was very helpful and easy to work with on timing and introducing us to the various functions and features of the unit. We would not hesitate to use the unit again.
