The pick up and drop off was easy and the RV was exactly as presented in the listing. Actually it was better. There was extra blankets and pillows, kitchen and dining utensils and other helpful accesories like an area rug, plenty of folding chairs, a back-up generator and gas can just to name a few. I will rent from MARS again.

Overall positive and would rent from Dennis again. We did experience issues with leaking freshwater that had completely leaked out after a few days. Thankfully, we had other shower and kitchen options available on our trip. Based on the discoloration in the area where it appeared it has been going on for sometime. It was more expensive renting the RV for Burning Man with a higher daily rates and cleaning fees; however, we know others paid substantially more with options from competitors such as Cruise America. We appreciate the willingness to allow us to take the RV to Burning Man, and we understand the cleaning afterwards is extensive. Pick up and drop off was a breeze, and I had no issues driving RV for 1700 miles there and back over the 2 weeks. The on-board generator worked flawlessly running many consecutive hours to run the air conditioning to keep the RV cooled.

Dennis was very responsive and Checkin/checkout were easy as hell!
It got very noisy above 65 mph, and you could tell the RV had seen some better days. Even so, it met our expectations.
1800 miles we took it to Burning Man and Dennis didn't mind—it was well-equipped. We pay for what we got, not more, not less

Worked great for us. One exterior mirror was a bit shaky but not enough to affect drivability. Will definitely choose it again if available.

Just got back from our camping trip. The RV was clean, spacious, and cozy for our family of 6. It has everything you need to include some things you may have forgotten to bring. The hosts had amazing communication. If you have any questions or concerns about your trip, he is able to address them right away. We did have minor issues with the RV overheating and the AC going in and out and understand that it is out of the host's control. However, once we made him aware, he assured he would be making sure those issues are taken care of before the next guests. Other than that, it was a great experience. We definitely recommend booking.

Host rents several units, and was working his tail off, but so many units coming, going, not returned on-time, etc., impacted our ability to get the RV on-time. About a 5hr delay in getting the RV impacted our first day of camping and ability to get a campsite. The pin drop in the app was not the correct location; the site was about a mile away in a parking lot for a car mechanic, which further impacted the start of our trip. All else went great and was super easy, turn-key.

I had a pretty bad experience with this rv. I told Dennis I’m going to mirror lake in the Uintas for 2 nights and there is no hookups and no service and it also gets very cold at night. I have 3 little kids I’m taking. I asked him to fill it with fresh water and make sure everything works. When I came to pick up the rv, it was leaking exhaust fumes in the cabin and shaking so badly on the freeway I couldn’t drive it above 50mph. I took it back which is a 45 minute drive and had him exchange to a different rv, he was nice about that. But the problems kept coming. When we got to the campsite we ran out of fresh water 3 hours in. We had to drive an hour out to find a place to fill water while we don’t have service. We drive back a hour to our campsite and realize the toilet isn’t flushing and the sewer tank is full. So we had to drive around again and luckily found someone really nice to help us find and dump the sewer tank. At night the furnace didn’t work so we slept in the cold, we actually don’t get any sleep for 2 nights. Also the water heater didn’t work so we didn’t take any showers. It was a horrible trip for me and my little kids. Dennis did offer me $150 refund for the incon

Dennis was so easy to work with! He answered all my questions leading up to the rental. This was our first time camping in a motohome, so I wanted to be sure we knew what to do. The RV was ready on time. Dennis explained how the generator worked, how to use the backup camera, and the other features. The RV was clean, tidy and stocked with pots, pans, cooking supplies, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, bedding, extra blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, a grill, briquettes, walking sticks, roasting sticks, card games, movies, etc. All we had to do was load in our food, our bags, and go. The motorhome drove great. The engine would keep it from speeding up on steep downhills. It felt like driving a cloud down the road. We had no issues getting over several mountain passes to our campsite. The backup camera came in so useful! The AC unit is great. The beds were super comfy. The whole family loved the RV. We drove about 175 miles total, used the generator for about 4 hours, and only used 1/3rd of a tank of gas. The loft bed is huge, our 9 and 11 year old kids slept up there no problem. Renting this RV made our trip low stress and easy. Returning the RV was easy.

The best part about this RV was how easy the owner was to work with. He replied right away and even called when we were having an issue. It was a little confusing with the listing as it says there is a king and a queen but I would say it was more like a small queen and a double bed over the cab. We liked how easy the return was no need to wash or do the dump which made things easier for us.

Our family had an amazing adventure renting this RV! Dennis was wonderful to work with and communicated with us throughout the trip, always sending helpful messages and making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great time. The RV was great fun. As a long time camper, I was impressed with the little things that were supplied in the RV, things like kleenex, zip lock bags, games, and other things that you forget you needed but are glad they are there. it was comfortable, easy to drive, and am so glad I did it. Dennis was a great host, and the whole thing was a good experience. we did have one complication that was easily resolved and quickly answered through a text message. Also got an average of 10 mpg,which was what I was expecting.

Great communication. Host communicated late to assist in locating RV at airport when flight was delayed 7 hours. RV had all amenities necessary for trip. Everything was in working condition.

Dennis was very helpful and communicated well before the trip, he had an RV fall through, but still put the work in ti make sure our trip wasn't canceled because of it. He made the process very easy!
