Our hunting group has rented from Outlet Recreation for years. Units are in great working order and their pickup and drop off is very well orchestrated. Each rental has always been good but this year was the best and easiest!

I am so very disappointed in our rental experience. We did your online reservation locking in our RV and the dates we needed. The morning we showed up they did not give us the RV we rented but swapped it out for one with fewer beds for the same price. This is illegal. It is called bait and switch. Once we were going through the precheck they informed us they found out the night before mice had eaten the wiring for our back up cameras leaving them useless. While on the road we realized none of the outlets in the front of the RV worked. The only outlits we had were in the bunk beds and back bedroom. We had to use the crock pot and coffee maker in the bunk beds until we stopped for the night at Walmart to buy an extntion cord. The outlits didn’t work with power on, generator on or once we plugged in. After we stopped for the night and tried to brush our teeth we quickly realized we couldn’t even use the water in the tank they had filled for us. There was a chemical so strong in the water that is burned when we put it in our mouths. (Antifreeze) This left us buying water to wash dishes, cook, and brush our teeth as well as using it to clean until we were able to hook up. Once we were able to hook up we realized the shower head was broken and water was pouring out the side of the head. It was split right down the side. Once we were hooked up to water we also noticed water coming from under the sink. One of the seals was not holding up and we needed to duct tape a bottle under the sink to fill with water to stop it from filling the cupboard and coming out on the floor like it was. A few days we were on the road using the power that we were told we could use while the RV was on. It was not long before that power beeped continuously until we needed to just shut it off. To top it all off we had an extremely hard time shutting the door to the RV. Something was just off and it took 2 of us to slam it hard enough to lock it.

Grant at West fargo Branch was very reasonable and not just out to Rob your pockets and the Best thing about this is as long as you return the unit rented on the same day , its still considered as that same day and not by the hour like some of the robbery that goes on in the renting business !! Go to Grant , he will hook you up !! Thanks Buddy see you again , sure of it !

generally OK - However a few issues - RV was dirty, needed to wipe everything before we moved in, didn't use any drawers because of the dirt; bottom bunk was broken; AC either runs high or not at all. Says it sleeps 10 but that number should include 4-5 small children! Certainly not 8-10 adults - just note that when booking.

Septic plugged had to unplug before return, had to purchase an adapter for the power they were not included.
Carpet not vacuumed, other than that it was a good experience.
