Very nice, helpful people. First time renting an RV, they made it simple and fun to understand what was involved with renting and then driving and setting up the RV. A great four day "weekend" getaway!

Had a great experience renting a trailer camper here. They provided the hitch, showed us how to hook it up, and everything. Very nice and accommodating staff. Beside a few minor issues with window blinds the camper was in very good condition and worked great! We did a have a fuse go out on us but they had provided us with replacement fuses so it was an easy fix once we located the breaker box.

Easy, the rv was clean and easy to drive. The staff was excellent, I had questions on the road and because of their knowledge they were able to answer it over a phone call.

The entire staff was very flexible and patient with us (being first time RV'ers). We had minor problems throughout the rental, but there was someone there to assist 24x7. I will definitely use RVs Northwest again and highly recommend y'all to anyone.
