The pick up and explanation of the RV was easy and thorough. The RV was in great condition overall and the host had lots of experience and tips to pass on. The reservation process and pick and drop off were easy. A few issues came up and we were able to communicate. We would suggest that the host write a few simple instructions down that were the same as his verbal explanation so we wouldn’t have to rely on having cell service or internet to ask a question. We had confusing issues with the fridge and yet it did eventually work. The connection of the waste water hose was challenging, and we figured that out once it was at the right angle. Overall a very fun time. We loved the spaciousness of the RV and the slide out was great.

This was our first experience with a C-class RV, but Jim did a terrific job explaining the operation of the RV. We had a couple of questions, and he was very responsive, resolving the issues promptly. I would say that one of the best features of working with Jim is the outstanding communication. We took the RV to Red Rock RV Park in Idaho Falls, and it was a very clean and well-run RV park.

Jim is excellent to work with and the RV was great. With Jim's automotive background you can feel confident in getting a well maintained and prepared vehicle. I'll definitely rent from him again if the need comes around.

The RV was great! Jim was wonderful about communicating before and during the vacation. He was accommodating to all of our needs and got us off on a vacation that created memories that will last a lifetime! Our only issues came after the vacation was over and we were charged $65 for not properly emptying the sewage tank even though we emptied it, put an odorizer tab in the tank along with a couple of gallons of water as requested so that it would be ready for the next renter. We were also charged $125 for not properly cleaning the outside of the RV. While I admit that there were lots of bugs on the outside of the RV, the charge for not cleaning it seemed excessive and was not outlined in the contract as one of the renter responsibilities. Our lesson learned, is to rent an RV that does not require that you clean the outside before returning it. It is very hard to find a place to clean the RV, not to mention the time needed to do so. We vacationed with 4 other RVs and none of those required outside cleaning before returning it.
