John is an excellent owner! He was very communicative and helpful and set up the van with almost every camping essential you would need. The van was clean and comfortable and easy to drive.

This van allowed us to have the trip of a lifetime! We traveled through Utah to National Parks and camped along the way. John was very thorough with showing us the ins and outs of the van- it was just 2 of us in the van so he took out all of the extra bedding/towels that were not needed! Everything was included, we just brought our clothes and made a stop for groceries and everything else was provided! John was very quick to respond to our questions before leaving on our trip and he checked in on us while we were gone! No issues at all, great minimalistic setup and an unforgettable time was had! Book with John and you will not be disappointed!

John was so awesome. We loved the Sprinter Van experience. We loved it so much we are considering getting one for ourselves. Everything was seamless and John was willing to provide anything you would typically need for a camping experience. We hope to rent from him again.

Just returned from a 13-day trip to GTNP and YSNP using John’s 2018 Mercedes Sprinter and our experience was perfect in every way. This van is awesome! 4 of us—mom, dad, 8 yr-old and 12 yr-old sons. Communication was easy, owner replied quickly to my many questions. Van has about 20k miles so no mechanical issues. Interior is very roomy with plenty of space for our duffles. Top-level Memory foam mattress is very comfy, and lower-level foam foldout bed was perfect fit the kids. Best part was the gear provided-coming from GA, the supplies John provided were invaluable and made our trip so enjoyable. 2-burner stove, full cook kit, camping lanterns/headlamps, binoculars, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, camping chairs, extra bin for dry goods, extra propane bottles, aim n flames, dish soap, huge cooler, water reservoir, dishwashing tubs ...you name it, it had it. All we had to do was buy gas, food, and extra propane. We are already planning to rent “Kevin the Campervan” next year for our Grand Circle tour of Utah’s NPs. Can’t recommend enough!

If I could give more stars, I would. John was a dream to work with, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience with his sprinter van. We are new to camping, so he was very generous with offering additional gear as well as sanitization to help us stay safe and healthy throughout our trip. I also think the true test of customer service is not a flawless experience, but how hiccups are handled. We had one slight hiccup on our trip (DEF fluid was low) and John was quick to respond to our questions, helping us understand our options and was generous in his reimbursement. Overall an excellent experience and we can’t wait to rent again in the future!
