I have worked in the luxury hotel business for over 15+ years and a true lover of travel. We were bit by the glamping bug a few years ago and have been hooked ever since. Glamping is the best of both worlds, camping with all the home luxuries. And it brings us much joy to extend our beautiful RVs to travelers exploring the Western Slopes of Colorado. Rachel was responsive to emails. After travels across county to rent RV, finding it in need of a complete sanitation. RV appeared to have been stored under a barn for months, unloved. Much details to accessories, pillows, artificial flowers, etc that only only took up space. Screen door was torn. Kitchen sink leaks, caulking needs replacing, very dingy, same with shower. Rodents scratching in wall, ate items in the outdoor kitchen. No air in master bedroom. Fingerprints all over tv screen and glass cabinet doors. Fresh smears of peanut butter on pantry door. Kitchen not well appointed as Rachel had stated it was. Very musty, mildew smell throughout. Recliners and shades look as never vacuumed or dusted. A disappointment, but endured. Hope this review helps others. Only the attached photos tell all!

He Kenneth, we thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are concerned about this review. I am unable to see your photos. I also have to submit photos to Outdoorsy before each stay. We spend several hours pre-delivery as well as when we deliver on-site. When camping at RV parks with overgrown shrubbery as the park that you had us deliver to, its not uncommon to get small rodents in the walls. Just like homes, RVs are not safe from small critters, bugs, etc. You were only on a 30 amp site, as this RV requires a 50 amp to work the AC in the master bedroom. Please let me know what other kitchen amenities would be helpful. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Rachel and her husband were amazing. They had the camper all set up and it was so cozy. We had to leave a day early and they were very accommodating! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful getaway with family utilizing Rachel’s beautiful trailer! She had the unit delivered and set up waiting for us with the AC on! She went above and beyond with notes, literature of the surrounding area and some goodies! The layout was great for 4 adults. We will definitely look to re-renting when back in the gorgeous San Juan Mountains!

We had very good communication with Rachel before and during the trip. The RV was very nice and the AC was a big hit for our 90 degree days! We really enjoyed our stay and felt we had enough space for our trip.

Hi Samantha, thank you for the review. We are confused about the cleanliness comment, as we spend hours before each booking getting the RV cleaned and prepped. As far as the better equipped kitchen we try to provide the basics, but will look into providing more kitchen supplies. Thank you for your feedback.

Rv is great. The 2 bedrooms really were great for our family. Lots of sleeping areas and storage spaces. Rachel had it set up and AC turned on and ready for our arrival which made our arrival so seamless. Would definitely rent again. -Harrison family from OKC

We had such a wonderful time in the Western Slope Glamper. Rachel was very responsive during our initial reservation and even when we had questions during our stay. She had the RV set up on our site when we arrived, and even had a gift basket and welcome card. So many thoughtful details made the trip very special for our family. We can't wait to come back and would love to stay in the Western Slope when we return.
