Nice faux wood floors (vinyl), toilet/shower w/ curtain for privacy. One queen bed, 1 king bed and table transitions into a bed as well. Privacy Curtains surrounding both main beds. Comes stocked w/ some basic supplies in camper feel free to use.Propane tank will be full and pop up will be pre-filled w/ water for sink and toilet. RV toilet paper must be used only and it comes with rv tabs for toilet so it doesn’t smell.Battery will come charged and works with heater, lights and Electric raiser. Battery will last about 3 days in primitive if being conservative with lights and heater.Trailer is pre-cleaned with bleach and mattresses are inspected and vacuumed. Please return camper in ready to be sanitized condition.No smoking in pop upRenter is responsible for bringing sheets/blankets, pillows and/or sleeping bags. Cabinet is stocked with basic cleaning supplies needed and trash bags so no trash is left behind.Renter should supply all food, cookware and cooking utensils these are not kept in the pop up.**Outdoorsy does hold a $500 deposit this is for trailer being returned damaged or unclean, fees will be deducted from the deductible. Make sure to be prepared to have that on hold before requesting a booking if you are not prepared for the deposit hold and cancel I believe they will charge a fee still. I have it as flexible as it will let me be. **Toilet Tank must emptied and cleaned out before returning or a $100 cleaning fee will be issued. Do not flush anything other then RV tissue.As long as everything is returned as it was when it left everything will be perfect. We will do a walkthrough together before and after and instructions for everything will be included and given to driver.Driver ID is required for pickup
