Terrible experience. I would not rent from Ashley. We did not tow. They delivered it to us and left without trailer being level. I quickly informed her that water was pooling in the sink. First shower and water leaked through the walls. This rental is a scam. They had previous damage that can’t be seen with superficial pictures (pipes and apparently some door that was unknown to us) and are pinning the repair charges on us. We were only able to stay for 2 of our 10 nights due to shower out of service and concern for safety due to sewage odor. We got an incomplete refund and she is unwilling to share the cost breakdown of what she is even charging us for repairs, cleaning, delivery fees. Please I advise any potential renters to be wary of this scam.

Ashley was very easy to communicate with and accommodated us on short notice. She was prompt and very easy to deal with...Would definitely rent form her again!!!

Ashley and her husband went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful trip in this luxury camper. If 100% recommend this booking and I’m looking forward to renting again!!
