Here’s a warmer updated version that still protects you, but doesn’t sound like a prison intake form.Welcome to our clean, comfortable, and fully stocked Winnebago travel trailer located near Anchor Point and Homer, Alaska. This camper is our happy place, and we are excited to share it with guests who want to experience the magic of Alaska while still having a warm, dry, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. This camper is a great setup for fishing trips, charter guests, couples, small families, visiting relatives, wedding guests, or anyone looking for a comfortable basecamp while exploring the Kenai Peninsula. Whether you are here for halibut, beach walks, wildlife, family time, or just to slow down and breathe a little, this camper makes it easy to enjoy Alaska without having to pack half your house or tow your own trailer down here. This rental is delivery and setup only. I bring the camper to your approved campsite or private property location, level it, connect available hookups, walk you through the basic systems, and pick it up when your trip is over. You do not have to tow it, park it, level it, or figure it out on your own. Just show up, unload your gear, and enjoy your stay. The camper is very close to turnkey. Fresh bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen basics, cookware, coffee maker, Instant Pot, Crockpot, cleaning supplies, and basic RV supplies are included. Coolers and heavy-duty storage bins can also be provided by request, which is especially helpful for fishing gear, rain gear, boots, and outdoor equipment.Inside, you will find a comfortable layout with a private sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, heat, dining space, storage, and everything needed for a solid Alaska stay. It works great as a warm and comfortable place to relax after a day of fishing, sightseeing, beach walking, wildlife viewing, or exploring Homer, Anchor Point, Ninilchik, and the surrounding area.We do have rules, but they are not meant to make the trip stressful. They are really just common-sense things that help us keep the camper nice so other guests can enjoy it too. No smoking, no vaping, no renter towing, no moving the camper after setup, no fish cleaning or fish processing inside, no parties or events, and pets must be approved before booking. Fishing gear, coolers, and outdoor equipment are absolutely welcome, but fish, bait, blood, wet waders, and strong odors need to stay outside the camper.Alaska is an incredible place, but the weather can change fast. Having a clean, comfortable camper to come back to makes a huge difference. We want you to have a great trip, make good memories, and enjoy this place the way we do. All we ask is that you treat the camper with care, respect the space, and help us keep it nice for the next family, couple, or group coming to experience Alaska after you.Guests are responsible for reserving and paying for their campsite unless otherwise agreed before booking. Please confirm your campsite can fit the camper and has the hookups you want to use. This camper is a 30-amp RV and can plug directly into a 30-amp site. I also have an adapter that allows it to connect to a 50-amp campground pedestal when needed, but the camper is still limited to 30 amps.If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, state-of-the-art camper near Homer or Anchor Point that is already stocked and ready to go, this should be a great fit. These are great for fishing gear, rain gear, boots, wet gear, and outdoor equipment, especially with Alaska weather doing Alaska weather things.I also have a 2016 Ram1500 crew cab 4x4 available as a separate rental/package option if you need a get-around vehicle during your stay. Her name is Reba, and she is a great Alaska truck for getting around Homer, Anchor Point. She has a covered bed, DECKED bed storage system, jumper cables, extension cords, and basic outdoor utility tools like a hatchet, hammer, and other useful gear. This can be a nice option if you are flying in, do not want to deal with a separate rental car, or want the camper and vehicle coordinated together through the same owner. A 30-amp campsite is ideal, but a 50-amp site will also work with my adapter.
