5.0The Customer Service, from before I picked it up to during the month of my rental to when I returned it was always excellent. This organization is much better than the chains who rent cheaper RVs, but provide significantly less service. My RV was a 2026 with very limited mileage and in excellent condition.

1.0What a terrible experience. The water pump failed after one day, the toilet backed up on the second day and the generator would only start occasionally. They claim to have great, responsive customer service, but no one answered the phone and it took them twelve hours to respond, without a solution. Upon returning the RV, they said the lack of fresh water and a functioning toilet were not grounds for any sort of refund. We’re just going to let the credit card company sort it out. But definitely avoid these guys. What could have been a great week in an RV was ruined by their defective RV and unresponsive customer service. And it was allegedly a 2026 RV, so even the year isn’t enough to let you trust their RVs.
