Be prepared to depart 60-90 minutes before campground checkout time.
Remove all trash to campsite receptacles.
Remove and place all provided linens and towels in container provided.
Wash all dishes and return neatly to cabinets.
Sweep out unit with broom or vacuum.
Return all cushions to sofas.
If you have add on rental items; please be sure they are clean and in good order.Toilet Tip: Nothing but #1, #2 and Provided RV Specific Toilet Paper - Thanks :)

How do hook-ups work?
A.
There are four hookups for our travel trailer if the campsite has them. Power: The trailer is powered by a 50 amp power cord that plugs into the power stand at the campsite. Water Connection: The water supplied to the camper is connected to a faucet located on the side of the campsite. Sewer: There is a sewer line that connects to a sewer disposal receptacle in the ground next to the campsite. Cable: If provided at the campsite; a cable TV cord is connected to the trailer from the power pole.

We will hook them all up prior to your arrival and show you how they work during the initial walk through.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Our travel trailer is "Delivery Only" and we are flexible for delivery and pickup. We typically need to arrive at campsite 90 minutes prior to your arrival and 90 minutes prior to your departure check out time.
Q.
How do the appliances work?
A.
There are three major appliances in this unit: Stove - the stove is powered by propane gas; the stove top is a gas burner and the stove is also gas with a pilot light to get it turned on. Refrigerator - The fridge is electric and has a freezer. There is also a microwave over the stove and is electric. *We will go over how to light the stove and burners during the walk through.
