This rig is a bit older but in great shape with everything working well; good heat and great AC. Perfect for a family of 4 and easy to tow, no slide outs make it easy to manage with a quick setup time. We use the camper actively 4-5 times per season but want to give others a chance to try there hand at camping without the commitment of buying there own. What's includedThis rig comes with most of the basic requirements, things you don't think of, like plates, silverware, pots/pans and coffee mugs. We will include bed sheets, towels, dish towels, and outside chairs. These are the ones we use for camping so not the best but functional nonetheless. A small portable grill, skillet and coffee pot are included with the required propane, please clean after using.RecommendationsThe camper comes with a two tanks of propane that generally last me a full season so should easily provide you what you need for a week or two. It has a fully functional 30amp 220v and water hookup with grey/black water dump and all required adapters to manage you experience. We ask that you wash the linens before returning, use your own if you can't manage that and/or for an additional charge we will do the laundry afterwards.https://www.woodmorecampground.com/ is a local favorite of ours; great place without a huge costs. For something a bit further and with great amenities check out https://www.moosehillock.com/, it will cost you more but also comes with more to do.Other things to noteThe fresh water tank is 40 gallons and the pump works great but with any dry-camping you will not have outlets inside the camper or AC without a minimum of a 120v hookup. The fridge runs off electricity or propane and is ice cold so not a problem if you're dry-camping or have hookups available.
