This camper has everything needed to make your next trip the best ever. It can sleep up to 8 ppl. The front queen bedroom is separated with partial wall, two pocket doors, and has a Mounted TV with fan. On the opposite end are the full sized bunk beds. Both bunks have their own window and outlets. There is a slide out that can be set up as a dinette, sectional, a work space, or as a bed for two. There is a 40” TV with sound bar in the unit that can also be heard outside when exterior speakers are engaged. Listen to your favorite music or to the game while cooking (with the outdoor kitchen) or grilling in the great outdoors. We have the camper stocked with kitchen supplies, portable grill/propane, board and card games, and offer additional items as requested for your fur baby.What's includedWe have linens, pillows, towels, folding table and chairs, K-cup coffee maker, coffee mugs, all plastic (for durability) dishes and cutlery, along with pots/pans, cooking utensils, grill, propane tank, and an outdoor carpet to keep your awning covered outdoor space pleasant. If you are pulling the camper we provide trailer hitch, anti-sway bars, and a dash mounted screen for the rear camera on the camper. All you need is your clothes, food, drinks, any bath or shower products, and a love for nature. Recommendations Tennessee has so many beautiful things to see and do outside. Fall Creek Falls is one of my favorites. Nashville Shores and Grand Ole RV Resort both have great parks. Other things to noteThere is no smoking or vaping allowed in this camper. Any evidence of smoking inside the camper will result in a loss of security deposit. For those pulling the camper, a 7 pin connector will be needed to sync breaks and blinkers. Pulling the camper should be done by those with past experience. Those who pull the camper will be responsible for emptying the gray and black tank. If either tank is returned full there will be a $75 charge applied (per tank) from deposit to empty the tank(s). Please treat this camper as though it was your own. If the camper requires more than a standard cleaning, a deep clean charge from the deposit will be applied.
