• 1. Towing & Vehicle Requirements Electronic Brake Controller Required: Your vehicle must have a dashboard brake controller installed. The trailer’s brakes will not operate without one, and we cannot let it leave without this system. Weight Verification: Verify your tow vehicle handles at least 5,500 lbs towing capacity and a 500 lbs tongue weight. 7-Pin Connector: A standard, round 7-pin receiver plug is required for lights and brakes. 2. Campsite & Parking Rules Rear Clearance Awareness: The king-bed slide extends straight out the back of the trailer. Ensure your campsite has 5 to 6 feet of clear space behind the rear bumper before backing in. Watch for branches or posts! 3. Interior Care & Sanitation Strictly No Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited inside or near the door. A $500 fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected. RV-Safe Toilet Paper Only: Only use the provided rapid-dissolving RV toilet paper. Standard paper, wipes, or feminine products will clog the tanks. 4. Return Expectations Empty Waste Tanks: Return with grey and black tanks completely emptied. Skip the dump station by adding our Hassle-Free Dump Fee at checkout; otherwise, an un-emptied tank penalty applies.
