Converted this summer out of pandemic boredom, Sonny is a converted 1996 Dodge Ram Van perfectly outfitted for those that want to hit the road for a week or two of adventuring but don't have an unlimited budget to do it.Sonny packs a Full mattress (custom cut by 4" to about 72" tall to fit inside the shell), overhead LED lights, an Airmaxx fan for cooling & ventilation, shelving, under-bed storage, 4x 12v outlets throughout w/ 10x USB port adapters already in place, an inverter with 3x full-power outlets & solar panels & an isolator to make sure it all stays powered.Sonny has about 140k miles, though the engine was rebuilt 40k miles ago & is road ready to handle whatever you got.What's included- 2x camp chairs

Additionally, many lakes are in the area as well as several rivers featuring tubing just an hour's drive south of Austin.We recently took Sonny to Louisiana for a week exploring Lake Charles, Lafayette & Kisatchie National Forest. Driving in the national forest until you decide to pull over & sleep where you park (allowed in National Forests) is pretty spectacular!Other things to note- Pets welcome! (We have 2 pups & they travel quite comfortably.)
