__
Things TO BE Careful OF, please:
# Do not, under any circumstance, turn on the water pump switch on the wall next to the stove. It will burn out the pump since it is only to be used if one is boondocking/wilderness camping and have filled the fresh water tank.
# The kitchen knives are in a slot holder behind the stove and are very sharp. Please be cautious when using them, particularly if there are small children or rambunctious doggies around. Please scrub the knives clean right away after each use with the provided dish brush and soap, towel dry, and store them back in their slot.# Speaking of knives, please always use one of the thin plastic cutting sheets from on top of the kitchen cabinet before cutting on any surface. Please DO NOT cut directly on the butcher block counter extension or the white plastic board on top of the kitchen sink (made of plastic cutting board material). Basically, before cutting anywhere, Please use the cutting sheets/boards.# You're going to want to wash dishes if you cook at all. Unfortunately, the "gray water" tank can fill up quickly if you use a lot of water for washing, in the bathroom, Especially if you use the shower as well! We recommend you consider washing dishes in the collapsible blue silicon bucket behind the toilet, then rinsing them in the white collapsible container inside the sink before setting them to dry using the drying mat on the dining table. Or wash them outside with the spray hose! You can keep an eye on the fresh, gray, & black water tanks by pressing the buttons on the console left of the stove.# On the other hand, the black water tank may not fill as quickly, particularly if you and your family are able to use the facilities at a campground where you're staying. You don't need to be stingy with the water when you flush. If you do have to poo, after you've flushed, please add a scoop of the Happy Camper powder and flush it with a good amount of water in the toilet bowl. (Step part way to fill the bowl, then all the way to flush it. After, step on it a bit again so there's some water at the bottom of the bowl creating a good seal to keep out odors.)# The refrigerator takes a while to cool down to an appropriate temperature. We help it along by filling the freezer with frozen ice chest packs. Hence, we provide 2 bags of ice in the cooler for anything that absolutely must be kept cold before the fridge is at temp. There is a temperature sensor in the fridge with a wireless readout under the microwave. When the temperature gets to the point you need, you should be able to start using the fridge as normal, with the understanding that it's a small fridge so the cold will escape very quickly if it is left open at all. (You'll want to be mindful to close the fridge very well - not slamming but pushing it well closed.)# Don't forget to ventilate if you cook with the gas stove even if it's frigid out! What's includedBath:
• hand soap
• hand & body towels

Proactive daily communication & delivery

Luigi checked daily, shared knowledge, explained processes, and offered convenient delivery/pickup service to and from the home, ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Easy to tow and handle

The 17-foot trailer was easy to tow with excellent weight distribution and no sway, handling well even in city driving. It is well-stocked with amenities like Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, and exterior speakers, but shows some wear-and-tear.

Luigi was an excellent host. He checked on us daily to verify that our RV rental met our needs and expectations. The camper was well stocked with many accessories to enhance the camping experience. Though we had a very pleasant experience, this camper showed obvious signs of wear-and-tear from many prior successful rentals. As with most renters, costs played a significant part of our selection. With the RV's delivery and pickup to and from our home included in the total fee, it was a fair deal.

The owner of the trailer was very attentive, willing to share his trailer and knowledge, kept in contact with me daily to make sure everything was in operating order. This was a good thing. Nothing was wrong, not working or dis-satisfactory but the fact that he was taking time from his day to check-in with me was good. The trailer was a little small for me and my daughter but gave us a good experience since I was already looking and researching for a travel trailer to purchase for a family of 4. This was my 1st rental and gave me the feel of a 17-footer. Towing this trailer was a snap, excellent weight distribution, did not sway, was easy to handle, even through city driving. The owner provided all items necessary to tow, camp, setup, and walked me through the process prior to arriving at the campsite. He met me for the exchange and explained everything to me. He has an option to deliver the trailer for the renter, if necessary or desired, which is great if your vehicle was not able to tow or the renter did not feel comfortable towing. The trailer comes equipped with a lot of items for your comfort, if you need to have your tv, internet, can't detach from phones or devices, etc., onboard wi-fi, BT, 2 tv's, all the charging cords, a stereo/radio with exterior speakers too. Nice to sit outside the trailer and relax listening to your desired tunes. We enjoyed our trip and were happy finding a place we can go to find trailers, RV's, motorhomes, etc. like Outdoorsy, EZrvs and others for rentals for your outdoor activities. Have Fun outside and try camping and getting away from the city for a while! Thank you Lui Gi!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Totally flexible! I can meet you at the storage where I park our trailer to hitch it to your tow vehicle, or I can deliver it to you within 100 miles. Either way, I'll walk you through every step of how to set up and use our trailer, including the generator, if you've added that on. If you're camping where I deliver it, I can gladly set it all up for you at no charge if you like!

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Campgrounds typically offer electrical and water connections that are easy to hook into at each parking spot. (The hard part may be parking if backing in.) We provide everything you need, including a 30-amp surge protector, inline fresh water filter, pressure regulator valve, and fresh water hose (heated one also available if you may be camping where it could freeze). For sewage, campgrounds have a dump station, and we provide what you need to dump both gray and black water tanks.

Q.

What's your most recommended add-on?

A.

It really depends on what you enjoy and if you have specific needs. For instance, I always set up hammocks. Even if I don't use them, seeing them swinging in the breeze is just relaxing. Of course, some add-ons are basically necessary in Texas! If you'll be "boondocking," you'll need the generator and extra propane tank to keep the A/C running all night! And if you're bringing your dogs, the wifi thermometer is a must if you'll be leaving them in the trailer while there's internet service.

Q.

Does your trailer have an awning or outdoor shower?

A.

No, however, we provide workarounds with the add-ons we offer. For instance, we have different pop-up shelters you can add on, including one that's 8' tall and 12' wide, that are actually more flexible and mobile than an awning. We also offer a battery-powered spray gun that can be used both as an outdoor shower AND to clean mud or hose down anything outside. It can be used with a 3-gallon bucket we provide, or with your own container, making it more flexible than an outdoor shower!

Howdy! Luigi & Gabby here. (I'll have to find a recent pic with our pups Lola - 5 & Lulú - 3.) — We love to explore new places, be they eateries nearby or countries far away or anywhere in between. Being adventurous, we purchased our pre-owned 2012 Forest River V-Cross the Vibe (model 6501) trailer near the end of the pandemic and have slowly been fixing and sprucing it up to turn it into our cozy 2nd home on wheels. We've traveled around Arkansas, New Mexico, and Texas and have even gotten to see 2 solar eclipses near Utopia, TX. — We've been blessed to make so many fun memories, and look forward to helping you make fond memories of your own with your family and canine companions. Thank you for taking a look, and hope to host you real soon!
