Very mint condition with upgraded JBL built in speakers. Both fridge, furnace and A/C run on propane and electric. Everything works great. Gray and Black water tanks must be returned completely empty. I can not deliver so pick up will have to be a must. I expect the driver to have experience towing a trailer. Removal of garbage and personal Items before returning the trailer but I do not expect a deep clean.What's includedFresh linen, camping games, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Cutlery and some cooking utensils. Other things to noteNo smoking inside. Garbage must be removed and surfaces cleaned. Dogs welcome but no cats. No discrimination against renters. I originally bought this trailer to keep at a site in wasaga but the fees went up and I chose to not go back. I eventually realized it made more sense to rent my trailer out to help with the payments and maintenance on it. It is in very good condition and I am very passionate about making sure everything is what I promise. I do work 50+hours a week but I appreciate anyone who’s interested in renting my trailer and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have as quick as I can.
