The couch in the mid bunk room pulls out to a full size bed. The couch in the living area pulls out to a full size bed. The loft above the mid buck is great for kids to toss their sleeping bags up there to camp out. The kitchen features a double fridge, double sink, oven and stove top. Plenty of cabinet space for all your snacks.The delivery fee is $300 within 100 miles. After 100 miles an addition charge of .35 cents per mile.There will be a cleaning fee of $150 if the unit is not picked up in the same condition it was dropped off.There will be a dump fee of $75 if the unit tanks are not dumped. Black tank and two grey tanks.Awning Rules, if windy awnings must stay rolled in. If awnings come back torn or damaged in any way the security deposit of $2000 will be kept in order to replace awnings.Provided in the unit is one set of sheets for the master suit and one set of sheets for the mid bunk pull out bed.
