Easy to pull with a standard 1/2 ton truck. Clean and in very good shape. One queen bed, bunks with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. Couch folds out to a full and the table can fold down into a full sized bed. There is an air conditioner/ heater in the camper. Some premium amenities are: an electric awning. electric jack and HD TV. What's includedWe provide an instruction booklet, fresh linens, portable gas grill and all other tools and components to connect the trailer to hook ups.Other things to noteNo smoking ($400 Cleaning fee), No climbing on roof, it's not strong enough.
