The Rule of the Road - Keep your eyes on the road, and your arms, legs and head inside the vehicle at all times. No burningman & No off-roading. Other than that, treat the vehicle like it is your baby, not like the rental cars you get at the airport - these vehicles are precious to their owners. It is a privilege to be able to use them - plus, it is super fun! Owners and their renters (you), will use the original rental pick-up and drop off times as the best guess on how that process will work. As you get closer to pick-up, you will communicate directly with the owner to arrange exact times. Each day is generally considered to be 24 hours (ex. - pick-up @ noon, return @ noon). If extra time is needed on your return, you will need to address that directly with the van owner, in most cases that can be easily accommodated. Additional hours are billed at $20/hour, either deducted from your security deposit or billed in advance. HIGH-SEASON: Memorial Day Weekend - September 30th LOW-SEASON: October 1st - Friday before Memorial Day Note: Daily Rates can fluctuate as much as $15-$25/day more or less depending on HIGH or LOW season. Rates are calculated when requesting a quote, making a reservation, etc. THE LEGAL STUFF: By signing below, you: agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set forth on the Face Page, in the Terms and Conditions, and any other document that you sign; acknowledge that you had an opportunity to read the entire Agreement before signing; authorize us to process a separate credit/debit card voucher in your name for all Charges, including Tolls and Violations; and authorize us to release your billing/rental information to third parties for billing/processing purposes. All charges are subject to final audit.
