This RV is over all 28 feet long has a king bed slide out, linens are included for the king bed. Also has an upfront toy hauler garage for a small moto, paddle boards, or coolers. (Razers will not fit) There are also bunkbeds in the garage portion as well. What's includedKing bed linens, cups, plates, pots & pans, utensils, toaster and bath towels.Other things to noteMax of 2 dogs and sorry no cats.No Smoking!The AC will only work with full hooks in a RV campground so if you plan to dry camp the AC will not run.Bring your own sleeping bags or bedding for the bunkbeds, couch pullout and table conversion bed.
