Comes fully loaded including kitchen supplies, bath linens and master bed linens.Sleeps 4-5 depending on size of the sleeper. The dinette and convertible sofa will both sleep 1 comfortably and the Queen up front is very comfortable for 2 sleepers.The gross weight of the trailer fully loaded will tip the scales at 5000 pounds, so your vehicle will need to be equipped to tow 5000lb minimum, 440lb hitch weight and equipped with a trailer braking system. Overall length of the trailer is 23' (including the tongue) in case you need to figure out camping spot size.If possible, please give us 24 hour's notice so we can prep and have the trailer freshly cleaned whiped down for you.We do offer deliveries, but on a very limited bases due to work schedules. Please inquire about limitations.No smoking and we ask that you please keep pets off of the beds.
