5.0Awesome experience. We are first timers, and Brad was incredible to work with. Responsive to questions we had leading up to the trip and then was extremely helpful with our pick-up brief making sure we were well prepared. As for the trailer itself, as described. It was easy to tow, well equipped with everything we might need, and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a great getaway to reach out to Brad, in fact, we will likely use him again in the future.

5.0We are interested in purchasing an Airstream and wanted to try one out before making the investment. We chose to have the camper delivered and asked the owner if we could watch the setup to learn as much as we could about the RV. The owner was gracious and took extra time to explain everything and answered any questions we had. RV was very clean and well taken care of. The only problem we had was the GFI plugs were not working. We contacted the owner and he made a few suggestions to try. We were not able to get the problem fixed as we think it possibly needs a new breaker. Owner offered to help, but since we were able to use plugs that were connected to the inverter, we did not feel there was need for him to come out. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend renting this Airstream.
