Couch pulls down into bed with storage underneath. Indoor/outdoor stereo system with dvd player. Comes with 50" TV that rotates from Living area to King size bedroom area. Outdoor lighting and awning. Fully stocked with fresh linens and supplies. Propane/electric water heater/furnace also has A/C! Bunk room at rear of trailer with two beds great for kids or extra guests. Full bathroom with tub/shower and rear access point. 2 slide outs to provide that extra space. What's includedGenerator, fishing poles, fresh linens, cookware, and utensils.
