This brand new lightweight camper (5800 lbs dry) features a private master bedroom with queen bed as well as double sized bunk beds, a slide out with a booth dinette and Versa Lounge couch, an entertainment center with an electric fireplace, indoor/outdoor speakers and two TV's. The convertible U-shaped dinette makes a full bed. It has a microwave, fridge, double sink and a gas range with an oven in the kitchen. It also has a separate entrance for easy access to the restroom. There is an outdoor griddle and mini fridge.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you prefer not to empty the tanks , you can select the holding tank dump out add-on. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee.Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. You will need is a 7-pin connector for lights and trailer brakes. Tekonsha P3 brake controller is included, but you will need the adapter to connect it to your vehicle. Your vehicle must also be pre-wired for brake controller use.Delivery is available, but contact me first for availability. The Delivery fee includes set up, tear down and holding tank dump out. *There is an issue with the Outdoorsy delivery option where it is only charging for one way. The standard fee is $2.40/mile, but because of the issue with outdoorsy you will see the price as $4.80/mile since it is only charging 1 way. If outdoorsy resolves the issue before I update the pricing please let me knowThe required prep fee includes everything you need to use the camper. All you need is your clothes, food and drink.

No Smoking and No Pets Please! Non-compliance will result in loss of deposit. The powered awning is a non-insurable item via Outdoorsy. If the awning is broken upon return, the cost to repair will be taken out of the renters deposit. If damages are in excess of the deposit, the renter will responsible for the remaining cost.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible on drop off and pickup times. Please discuss this with us if you have special circumstances and we can try to accommodate them.

Why am I being charged a Prep Fee?

Rather than charging a fee for individual items, we decided that it would be easier to include all basic items that are needed to go on a camping trip. The only things you need to bring on your adventure are your clothes/toiletries, food and drinks. Feel free to ask if we include specific items that you may need.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

We have provided detailed instructions on how to setup and take down the camper in the welcome binder located in the camper. If you would like a copy of the instructions prior to your departure please let us know.
