Hi! We are the Conley's!We are so excited to share our second home with you! This amazing floor plan gives you a second bedroom that closes off with a sliding glass door! Our kids (and us) love that they get their own room! This is perfect for 2 couples or 2 families looking to have their own space. Enjoy the fireplace in the living room when hanging out inside, and the awning LED lights and outdoor speakers when outside!The trailer is fully loaded with pots, pans, cups, plates and all utensils. A Kurieg coffee maker with K-cups to fresh linens! We want you to spend less time packing and more time relaxing! We clean and disinfect after every trip. 2 queen size beds and both tables/benches turn into beds providing room for 4 more. We just politely ask you leave it the way you found it.Enjoy a movie night with the DVD player, or if the campground has Wifi enjoy watching your favorite show on the firestick!Onboard you will find:
-Linens for both queen beds, pillows and light blankets
-Kurieg, K-cups, coffee cups, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, seasonings, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and sponge
-Fireplace, RV toilet paper, TV, DVD player, Firestick, deck of cards, power awning with LED outside lights, Radio, outdoor speakers.
-Broom and cleaning supplies.For an extra charge we have a extra large camping chair that has 6 cup holders and fits 2 adults or 3 kids! Stands 6ft tall!!

They have full-hookups for the RV allowing you to full enjoy the experience!Boulder Beach Campground is right in our backyard on Lake Mead! Its a gorgeous spot right on the Lake with great views! They have full-hookups if you like a hot shower! Other things to notePets welcome!
