There is a brief van walk through during check-in and a short video for your reference during the trip.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

The video will show you how to operate the water system and electrical system. There are no toilet facilities in the van.

How does the check-in process work?
A.
We will spend 20-30 minutes with you during the check-in process. Showing you the functions of the van, and completing paperwork. If you have selected the airport delivery or other delivery location, let us know your flight arrival time at the airport. We will plan to have the van waiting for you at the airport with a plan for your seamless arrival.
