• the only pets allowed are small to medium sized. Not cats or other furry friends please.
• if taking on an extended trip, any miles beyond 100 miles experience and additional $.20/mile excessive wear charge.
• 4th night rental is 50% off! This allows us to deliver the night before for you so you can arrive in the morning already to go or allows for that extended stay so you can enjoy a last FULL day instead of leaving at check out time.
• we are pretty flexible with pick up and return times… we camp too so we get it. Just ask!
• proper tow vehicles are required. This specific unit should only be towed by a 3/4 ton suspension truck. A properly equipped and newer half ton truck may work but it up to our discretion. We want to ensure a safe voyage for you and your family!
• there is an additional fee of $65 when we have to dump the holding tanks, for example when we deliver and set up and pick up
• There is an additional deep clean fee that we charge after your rental to thoroughly clean and sanitize the unit to get ready for our next guest
