Trailer Rental Rules & Guidelines Please review and agree to the following rules before booking. These help keep the trailer safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. Towing & Vehicle Requirements • A brake controller is REQUIRED to tow this trailer. Brake controller is NOT provided. • Renter must confirm their tow vehicle is properly rated for the trailer. • Renter is responsible for safe towing, hitching, and unhitching unless delivery is arranged. • No off-road or unimproved-road travel. Use & Occupancy • Sleeps 2–4 people maximum. Do not exceed this limit. • No climbing on the roof. • No subleasing or third-party use. Smoking & Pets • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer. • Pets only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply. • Any pet damage will be charged to the renter. Appliances & Systems • AC and heater require shore power or a generator. • Renter is responsible for proper use of all appliances. • Solar system is for light use only (lights, fans, charging devices). Plumbing & Waste • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be used. • No wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or food in the toilet or drains. • Tanks must be returned emptied unless dumping service is added. Cleaning & Care • Trailer must be returned in the same clean condition as received. • Excessive mess, odors, or stains may result in additional cleaning fees. • Do not use outdoor rugs, grills, or fire pits inside the trailer. Propane & Supplies • Propane will be provided full; please return at the same level or refill fee may apply. • Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged. Delivery & Return • Delivery and pickup available by request. • Late returns may result in additional fees. Damage & Responsibility • Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period. • Please report any issues immediately. Do not attempt repairs without approval.
