With rear double bunk beds, you can easily bring along a few guests and your Pets!As you enter the travel trailer, to the left, there is a dinette. Across from the dinette, you will see a refrigerator, a three-burner range, a microwave, and a double kitchen sink. There is also a nice sofa in the main living area.In the front bedroom, you will find a queen bed with wardrobes (hangers are included) on either side of the bed and a shelf above the bed.As you proceed toward the rear of the trailer, you will find a set of double bunk beds in the left corner of the travel trailer. With the double bunks, you can sleep four people in this area!The bathroom is located in the right rear corner of the trailer. In the bathroom, there is a tub/shower and a toilet. Just outside of the bathroom area, there is a sink with a mirror.You will find plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the trailer as well as exterior storage, and much more!Level jacks and wedges are also provided. We love our renters, but need to put some rules into place to make sure all renters are able to enjoy the rig and we protect our asset.
• This RV rental includes essential amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, one propane tank, and the option for off-grid camping with a rental generator, but renters must adhere to guidelines, including reserving appropriate campsites, rolling up awnings during storms, and treating the unit with care by cleaning, securing items, and properly managing tanks and sewer hoses.
• Customer agrees to clean up after their pet and return the unit in the same condition as received, or be subject to a cleaning fee up to $250.
• Additional fees apply if returned unclean, and renters are responsible for bringing their own pet blanket and ensuring their vehicle can handle the camper's weight. Off-grid use requires renting the generator if needed, and the tow vehicle must meet specific weight requirements.
• Strict rules prohibit illegal drugs, secondary bookings, and require the original booker to stay for the duration of the trip.
• Plan on at least 30 minutes at drop-off to review the rig before you leave.
• If you plan to unhook your tow vehicle from the rig and leave it at your campsite while you explore the area, you are required to use the ball lock hitch.
• You have roadside assistance included with your rental. Please contact them and then contact me as well - I want to be in the loop if you’re having any issues.
• Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets, etc., even if the security deposit has already been released. This is in the rental contract, but we don’t want anyone to be surprised.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Begin by attaching a pressure regulator to the campground's spigot, connecting your potable water hose to the regulator and to the RV's city water inlet. Electrical needs: Use your 30-amp plug with the 50-amp adapter as needed, following safety guidelines. To handle waste, connect one end of the sewer hose to the RV outlet and the other to the campsite's sewer inlet, securing the connections tightly and positioning the hose with a downward slope using a camper sewer hose support for drainage.
