Can sleep 8 comfortably but up to 10 depending on how cozy you want to be or how many little ones you have. We upgraded the master bedroom mattress and included a memory foam topper to ensure you get that best camping sleep!!! kick up your feet with comfy lazy boy chairs; a large entertainment unit (with indoor and outdoor speakers) a 51" TV in the living area with Hdmi connections to assist with a movie night!!! The kids have their own bunkroom space separated by a door for that much needed peace and quiet, equipped with lots of storage space, USB charging outlets and set up to support a tv and gaming system (not included). The beautiful kitchen has a large island for lots of prep space for those yummy campfire meals, loads of storage with 3 door full size cabinet pantry and oversized fridge! The outdoor kitchen is great for cooking, a convenient cold beverage and sink for ease of outdoor cooking! No matter what season our trailer will keep your cool or warm with powerful AC and ambient fireplace with LED color change lighting- for a romantic weekend with your someone special to an exciting getaway with the whole family, our trailer offers everything you need inside and out- all you need to bring are your loved ones and your personal items!!! • please ensure equipment and supplies provided with the trailer are left in the same place you found them
• please remove shoes at the door
• RV toilet paper ONLY
• a FEE of $250 WILL be charged if the Grey or Black water tank is not emptied, unless other contractual arrangements have been made between the host and the renter.
• please empty and dispose of all your garbage, recycling and waste out of the trailer prior to leaving the campsite
• In the event of strong winds or a storm the awnings must be closed up.
• NO Smoking or vaping or any product.

Hi! We are Katrina and Steve we have a dynamic family of 6 - 4 kids ranging in age from 23-11 years old. We enjoyed camping together as a family for many years even before we splurged and bought our own. Weather renting or owning our camping experiences are some of our best memories with our kids old and young. Now that a few of our kids have busy lives of their own and our camping days look a little different we would like to share our trailer with you and your family to make memories from camping experiences just as we have over the years! we have some favorite places from over the years that we are happy to share if you're looking for where to venture too next!!!!!
