Our camper features a queen bed as well as bunk beds apparently rated for 200 lbs. It has a Dinette that also converts to a full size bed. It has a microwave, fridge, sink and a gas range in the kitchen. It is perfect for couples or a family just wanting to get away with its bunkhouse set up to sleep two children.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee.Your tow vehicle must have a 2 5/16" receiver. if it is larger you will need to provide an adapter. You will need is a 7-pin connector for lights and trailer brakes.Delivery is available, but contact me first for availability. The Delivery fee includes set up, tear down and holding tank dump out. The delivery/pick up fee is $2.40/mile, but at the checkout you will see the price as $4.80/mile because it is only charging for 1 way. If you have any questions please contact me.All renters will be required to sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement(SRA) prior to pickup.Pick UP/Drop OFF Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM unless otherwise arrangedWhat's includedTowels

We are super big on no smoking. we allow pets but if there is hair left behind on drop-off you can expect a full cleanup charge that is subject to change pending condition. Avoid off roading an please stay off the roof.
