Review summary
Responsive, but reliability varies
Anand responds quickly, offers flexibility, and provides detailed walkthroughs. However, multiple cancellations, delivery delays, and critical safety issues (e.g., tire blowouts) with disputed accountability are frequently reported.
Easy to tow, but poorly maintained
The trailer is easy to tow and generally functional (AC, fridge). However, it is consistently described as dated, beat up, and dirty, with critical safety issues like tire blowouts, non-functional heater/fire extinguisher, and numerous maintenance problems (leaks, peeling laminate, stabilizer arm issues).

5.0The host had good communication before during and after our rental period. While the trailer was somewhat dated, it suited our purpose.

3.0The reservation was for the trailer to be delivered to the park at 3 pm, but it arrived at 8:30 pm. $50 cleaning fee added. Everything worked fine in the trailer that we used - the beds, lights, fridge, and toilet. Propane and kitchen top were not used. Slow gray water drip outside.

2.0Anand did try really hard to accommodate my last minute booking. He even attempted to make some repairs right before we arrived. Unfortunately, the listing is very inaccurate. There is nothing “like new “ about this trailer. It is very beat up and has several different mechanical issues. I gave one star for Anand’s effort and one star for a good price. The photos in the listing are either very old or the trailer has been very poorly treated.

1.0This was the most horrifying, dangerous, and unprofessional experience I have ever endured. Renting from this host was a catastrophic mistake that put my life, the lives of my passengers, and countless others on the road in immediate danger. Within the first two days of our trip, disaster struck—twice. Both tires of the RV blew out on separate occasions due to the owner’s negligence. The tires were clearly old, poorly maintained, and unfit for long-distance travel. Despite knowing my planned mileage, the owner instructed us to inflate the tires to 80 PSI—the maximum stated on the tires—which directly caused these failures. During the second blowout, the wheel flew off entirely, igniting a wildfire on the side of the highway. We had to evacuate the RV and run down the median of the highway to avoid being burned alive as the fire rapidly spread around us. It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life, and it was entirely preventable if the owner had fulfilled their basic responsibility to provide a safe, roadworthy vehicle. As if that wasn’t enough, the RV was a disaster in every other way. The fire extinguisher provided in the RV was completely empty, leaving us defenseless against the flames. The heater didn’t work, leaving us freezing and unable to sleep the one night we managed to stay in the RV. Every moment of this rental was stressful, unsafe, and utterly traumatic. When we tried to address these issues with the owner, they denied everything—refusing to take responsibility for the dangerous tires, the wildfire, or the freezing temperatures we endured due to their neglect. Instead, the owner responded with hostility, making threats against us for pointing out their failures. Their lack of accountability and blatant disregard for our safety was appalling. This situation has now escalated into a legal battle because the owner refuses to acknowledge their negligence. Their failure to maintain the RV and ensure basic safety measures turned what should have been a fun trip into a life-threatening ordeal. This rental was not just inconvenient—it was a nightmare that nearly cost us our lives. The owner’s reckless behavior, negligence, and aggression make them entirely unfit to be part of Outdoorsy’s platform. For your safety and sanity, avoid this host at all costs. Renting from them is gambling with your life.
