Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do to you. Please treat our investment (the RV) as if it were your investment. Renters must adhere to the following rules: GENERAL RULES -- Smoking, vaping, burning of insense or diffusing essential oils of any kind inside or outside the trailer if near an open window is not allowed. -- A $399 smoking fee will be assesed for any undesirable smells left in the RV -- Burning candles inside the trailer is not allowed -- Leaving children unattended in the trailer is not allowed -- Pets of any kind are not allowed -- Climbing on the roof is not allowed -- Taking the trailer to festivals or concerts of any kind (i.e. SXSW or Burning Man) is not allowed SECURITY -- Keep trailer doors locked when in transit or unattended -- Use hitch padlock at all times -- Use hitch lock when disconnected from the vehicle DAMAGED ITEMS Damaged items not covered by your Outdoorsy insurance policy will be deducted from your security deposit. RETURN RV CLEAN/FULL -- Trailer must be returned by 4:00 PM on the last day of your rental -- Remove all personal items/food prior to returning the trailer -- Clean surfaces with all purpose cleaner (cleaning materials are provided) -- Gather dirty linens and place on the dinette -- Dispose of all trash -- Replentish propane fuel to capacity -- Dump tanks if necessary An additional $100 cleaning fee will be assesed if the trailer is excessively dirty when it is returned (ie excessive dirt/mud on the exterior of the trailer, interior floors covered in dirt/mud, visable food/beverages/wine stains on the interior of the trailer, toilet/bathroom excessively dirty, trash not disposed of etc.). Failture to return the RV by 4:00 PM on the last day of your rental will result in an hourly late fee of $30. Failure to retun the RV by 8:00 PM will result in an additional 1-night rental fee.
