This is a big camper that is great for large families or for events where you need to entertain guests or clients. Has two bedrooms where the guest room can also be used as an office. Spacious interior lounge area with 2 massage chairs, a couch and dining table with 2 chairs. TV and fireplace with plenty of kitchen space to cook. What's includedIncludes pots and pans, small cookie sheets, coffee maker with filters, a few coffee cups, dish washing supplies and towels. Fresh bed linens (bring own pillows) and high quality mattress toppers for all beds, hangers in master closet. Also includes bath towels and wash clothes as well as hand soap for bathroom and kitchen. Handheld vacuum, broom and dustpan and we’ll as cleaning rags and supplies included. Trash bags included for the three included trash cans. We use paper plates and plastic silverware and cups. Cutting knives and cutting boards included. Outdoor foldable rug, four camping chairs and a table cover included. Can supply medium size generator, beach towels, corn hole, bike rack, and extra outside table upon request. RecommendationsWe have used our camper for tailgates, camping at Lake McConaughy, Horsetooth Resevoir, camping at Lake Michigan and using at various wineries with Harvest Hosts. Best experience is at camp grounds with full hookups. We’ve also put our eBikes on the back for taking long bike rides around where we camp. Other things to noteAll renters must return camper as clean as it was given to you. All trash removed, tanks dumped, floors swept and vacuumed where necessary-sinks, toilet and showers cleaned out. Place all used linens in collapsible laundry baskets. Please no smoking or pets. Can deliver within a 50 mile radius or available for pick up if you have the appropriate towing vehicle.
