Responsive but issues with refunds

Han is praised for excellent communication, providing helpful travel tips, airport pick-ups, test drives, and extra amenities like bear spray. However, one guest reported he failed to issue promised refunds for missing equipment and extras, and became unresponsive.

Easy to drive, mostly well-maintained

Guests describe the 2014 RV as clean, comfortable, and easy to handle, fitting in RV parking spaces. While generally well-maintained, one review noted missing kitchen items, an unusable pan, mice, and minor quirks due to its age.

Guests love it for first-timers

Han was an outstanding host. The RV was fully equipped exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for our trip. He took the time to explain every component of the RV and how everything worked, which made us feel comfortable and confident from the start. He also provided bear spray for our safety in case we needed it during our hiles. To top it all off, at the end of our trip, Han kindly drove us to a convenient location where we could easily catch a taxi or Uber. Thank you, Han, for allowing us to enjoy such an amazing experience in your RV. We highly recommend renting from him and would gladly do it again!

We liked our experience of renting an RV but unfortunately there were some issues. First we chose the option that the host drop the RV at our hotel at the beginning of our trip and he was 1 hour late. Some equipment was missing (mugs, coffee filters, etc) he told us to buy them and that he will refund us at the end of the trip. We also change some of the extra that we didn’t take and he also told us that he will refund everything at the end. He never refunded us. We tried to reach him after the trip because the refund wasn’t done and he responded that it was already done with outdoorsy. After a week without receiving the refund, I reached outdoorsy and they told me that the host never requested the refund. Outdoorsy tried to reach him and he never responded. We also had a problem with little unwelcome friends in the RV. There were mice, we finally catch some of them. There were a pan with burned food that wasn’t usable. Overall the experience is deceiving and we would not rent again Han RV.

We had an absolutely amazing experience renting an RV from Han’s RV for our family trip through Jasper, Banff, and Golden. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The RV was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for our Rocky Mountain adventure. Han was very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. Traveling by RV made our trip even more memorable. We enjoyed the freedom to explore the beautiful Canadian Rockies at our own pace while having the comfort of a home on wheels. The scenery in Jasper, Banff, and Golden was breathtaking! We highly recommend Han’s RV to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable RV rental experience. We would definitely rent from them again!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had forgotten about our linens and he had some brought over immediately. Quick and easy walk through. Provided safe and secure storage for our own vehicle while we were gone. Made that part of our trip the easiest and stress free. He will be our first call if we need to do this again. Thank you, Han!

Meet your host, Han

I have a big family and we like to go RVing in the summers together. However, we are now all too busy and do not go as often. During the times we are not using our RVs we list them out for rent for others to enjoy at a reasonable cost. My location is less than 2 hours drive from Banff, which is the start of a perfect nature get away. Camping with an RV is essentially 5 star camping, as most of the amenities you would get from a hotel are available except it is on wheels :D I am quite an experienced road warrior. If you have any questions feel free to reach out and I will answer as best as I can.
