Review summary
Highly communicative and flexible
Han provides excellent communication, offers flexible airport pick-up/drop-off, gives thorough handovers, and offers support like a teaching video or lending a phone charger. He is responsive to questions and issues.
Reliable and comfortable driving
The RV is consistently described as reliable, comfortable, and functional for its age. While generally well-maintained, some guests noted minor cleanliness issues upon arrival and suggested cosmetic touch-ups or minor maintenance.

3.0It was very difficult to authorise driver through the pages. It took couple of hours and at the end we manged only one driver out of two. Car was as described, drove well. However it was not handed over clean - fridge had stains, dishes were still fett, floor could habe been properly cleaned. The owner was very kind and patient, showed us all and explained all. He also borrowed us a good car charger for phone that we forgot. So service very good but cleaniness is a point to improve.

5.0Han was very thorough in his handover of the vehicle and collected the vehicle from us at the International airport which was convenient. The van was very reliable and possibly just needs a few tidy up things done in certain areas.

5.0The experience with this RV through the Canadian Rockies has been incredible! With the airport pick-up and drop-off option, Han was completely flexible, which made it perfect to adapt to our travel plans. The vehicle was just as expected — good, comfortable, and reliable. It was definitely worth it! We would repeat without doubt

4.0Han was very communicative prior to booking the RV as well as during the whole trip. He even sent a teaching video in advance so we would know how to work everything! It was very helpful and gave us peace of mind for what to expect. The RV itself was good but could use some TLC for some touch ups. It’s not a new RV so it needs some minor maintenance, but everything works and is completely functional! We went from Calgary to Tofino and back and had a great trip!
