3.0It was very difficult to authorise driver through the pages. It took couple of hours and at the end we manged only one driver out of two. Car was as described, drove well. However it was not handed over clean - fridge had stains, dishes were still fett, floor could habe been properly cleaned. The owner was very kind and patient, showed us all and explained all. He also borrowed us a good car charger for phone that we forgot. So service very good but cleaniness is a point to improve.

With the airport pick-up and drop-off option, Han was completely flexible, which made it perfect to adapt to our travel plans. The vehicle was just as expected — good, comfortable, and reliable.
