She was super patient with us, being our first time using Outdoorsy. Well taken care of camper, had plenty of necessities we needed. Was always super helpful too.

This was our family’s first RV camping experience, and while the host was very responsive whenever we reached out for help, there were several issues that affected our stay. I made it clear before the trip that we were first-time RV campers. Because of that, I expected at least a brief walkthrough of the RV systems after setup. The trailer was delivered and left ready to use, but there was no orientation on how the tanks, water usage, or other important systems worked. As first-time renters, this left us figuring things out on our own. During the trip we experienced water backing up into the shower/tub area. We later learned that the sink and shower share the same gray water tank and that it fills quickly at Fort De Soto because there are no sewer hookups. While there were written instructions mentioning water conservation, a simple walkthrough would have prevented confusion and frustration. We also found cleanliness issues upon arrival, including hair on the floor and human hair in the tub. Additionally, there were a few interior and exterior maintenance items that should be addressed before future rentals. The host was always quick to respond when contacted, which we appreciated. However, better cleaning, a more detailed orientation for first-time renters, and addressing maintenance concerns would greatly improve the experience.

This was so convenient. Everything was perfectly set up and on time. The camper is in great shape and Sierra was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We would love to book with her again!

The entire experience was to my surprise extremely easy. The app was easy to navigate and has a good selection of campers to choose from. Our host was easy to work with and accommodated a few requests we had. Being pet friendly was also a big plus! The camper was delivered and all set up when we arrived to our reserved campsite. We will definitely do it again. Highly recommend! ps... Only the camper in pictures were rented and delivered. We brought and set up rest of items.
