Pet Friendly Adventure Wagon!

There will be an instruction manual inside the trailer. Please follow all instructions in this binder. Failure to do so may result in additional fees. Driver Requirements: • Must be 25+ with valid driver’s license • No smoking or vaping inside the trailer • No climbing on the roof Cleanliness: • Trailer must be returned in the same condition it was received • Dishes washed and put away • Trash removed • Surfaces wiped if excessivley dirty • Excessive cleaning upon return will result in additional fees Tanks: • Black & gray tanks must be emptied before return • If tanks are not emptied, a dump fee will be charged Damage: • Renter is responsible for any interior or exterior damage • Awning damage is renter responsibility • Do NOT leave awning out in wind and when not being used • Must keep an eye on pets to prevent damage Towing Rules: • No unpaved mountain trails • No towing above 65 mph Festivals: • Must be approved in advance • Generator required if no hookups • No glitter, body paint, or excessive mud inside • Security deposit may be increased for festival rentals • Burning man is NOT approved! Pet Policy: We love pets! Well behaved dogs are welcome with approval. To ensure our trailer stays clean and damage free for all guests, the following rules apply: • Pets must be disclosed at booking • Maximum of 3 dogs • Pets must be house trained • Pets may not be left unattended in the trailer • Pets are not allowed on dinette or couch cushions • Excessive pet hair, odor, stains, or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Damage caused by pets (scratches, chewing, urine damage, torn upholstery, etc.) will be charged at full repair cost. Prohibited: • No smoking inside • No illegal substances • No transporting illegal items
