As Good as new .... queen bed with pull out sofa and fold down dinette for extra sleep space. Sleeps 3-4 adults comfy plus 1 or 2 little ones on the table.

What's includedWe have included all plates and cutlery and cups. Cooking pots and pans...fresh linens and pillows along with extra blankets for chilly nights. Drumheller and much more to name a few.Other things to noteWe appreciate no pets in our unit (we have 2 dogs ourselves) so we don't want them reacting to other animals in our unit or damage done. We also appreciate no smoking in our unit as we are a non smoking family.
