This is a state law! Security deposit will be forfeited with failure to arrive to pickup the trailer with a trailer brake controller installed. We will not let you leave without it.If you have your own hitch, that is perfect! If not, we have a weight distribution / anti-sway hitch as an additional rental option. It is not required, but highly recommended.A one time prep fee of 100.00 is required on all rentals. The fee covers thorough cleaning of countertops, floors and bathrooms. It also covers the cost of filling propane and cleaning and preparing all of the fun extras mentioned above.Please return the trailer in the same condition it was received. Some signs of general use are expected, however, a fee of $250.00 will be deducted from the deposit for excessive cleaning i.e. stain removal, deep cleaning required in bathroom or kitchen, etc.Please dump all holding tanks prior to returning the camper. We will deduct $80.00 from the security deposit to cover the cost of dumping and cleaning the tanks appropriately if it is not done.Housebroken dogs are welcome!
No cats or other animals allowedNo smoking or vaping of any substances allowed inside the travel trailer or under the awning. Others who rent after may be sensitive to smoke. A $500.00 smoke removal fee will be deducted from the renter's deposit if the trailer has been smoked or vaped in while in the renter's possession.If linens are not wanted, we do require the use of the provided waterproof mattress covers on all pads and mattresses slept on.Renter is liable for the cost of repairs of damages incurred to the trailer (interior and exterior) and all items in the trailer while in the renter's possession.Roof access is restricted for repair purposes only.The renter's deductible will be used to cover the insurance deductible in the event of an accident, collision, damage or act of God.Lastly, I am a first responders with variable schedules, so please contact for pickup and drop off times.
