**Flexible with pick up/drop off times** Brand new 2022 Forest River Ozark that sleeps up to 7! Lightweight - can be towed with larger SUVs and small trucks. The master queen bed is upgraded to a memory foam mattress with bedding provided for a good nights rest. It comes fully stocked with basic kitchen utensils including coffee pot and full sized fridge and large sink. All the fun is outside though, with a 14ft awning, outdoor kitchen, shower and portable speaker. We’ve provided 4 fold out chairs and an outdoor rug to keep it cozy. Camper is cleaned/disinfected after every use! We deliver near Lake Conroe area upon request. What's includedFresh linens, basic kitchen utensils, coffee pot with mugs, camping chairs (4), corn hole, outdoor rug and all hookups. Other things to noteAbsolutely NO smoking!
