This is a 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun 319MBF. It is fully loaded and ready to hit the road! This Class C RV has seatbelts for 7 people, but will comfortably sleep six adults. The master bedroom features a full queen size bed (unlike other RVs' shortened queen mattresses). Additionally, the bunk sleeps 2 adults (350 lb. limit), as well as the dinette when converted to a bed.The living area has 2 theater style reclining chairs directly in front of the pop-up TV. The dinette and bunk are also good viewing spots for watching a movie. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to cook all your meals during your camping trip. The really cool things about Ruby are her outdoor features, like the outdoor entertainment area. Rules and policies
Our business model of “no hidden fees” and “no unexpected charges when you get back” is completely true – but that does not mean there are no fees or penalty if you break the rules. Please make sure you understand the rules and ask if you have any questions about any particular rule or expectation. Unfortunately, we have had other owners tell us that some customers will break rules or take things from the RV if there are no fees upon return for doing so. No Refunds for Early Returns: If you return early we do not refund the days you will not use. This includes if you have an accident or crash in the unit, however, if the crash is not your fault you may be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance. Fee for Late Returns: If you are late returning the unit there is a $40 per hour late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to your late return. After-hours Returns: You must return between 9am-12pm unless you have been otherwise authorized. Even if pre-authorized, you cannot leave a unit after-hours if you had an accident or the unit has been damaged – damaged units must be returned during business hours. All drivers must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO SMOKING: Smoking (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire $1000 security deposit. NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire $1000 security deposit. RV returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect the evidence. Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage or cooking with heavy spices such as curry or strong gumbo. Travel Restrictions: Our RV is NOT allowed to travel into Mexico & our insurance does not cover you or the unit in

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We are usually pretty flexible on pickup and dropoff times. Just let us know early in the reservation process so we can make arrangements with other obligations we may have. Keep in mind we will do an orientation that usually takes 45 minutes. Don't expect to show up and immediately hit the road.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Plan to reach your campsite before it gets dark! It's no fun setting up an RV for the first time in the dark. If you're going on a lengthy journey, it may be helpful to make your first stop at a campground close to home. I also recommend watching a video on how to hook up the RV sewage hoses ahead of time.

I enjoy traveling to new places and trying new things with my partner. We have a tiny dog that is pretty relaxed and enjoys taking naps and chasing her ball.
