Just the right size with enough room to comfortably sleep 6 adults and not so big that would make it harder to drive/park. Plenty of storage room to bring camping and beach gear. Generator for the sites that have no hook ups. Like new condition with no slide outs to deal with, yet a large living area with a kitchen and bathroom. Private queen sized bedroom with a sliding door. Large electric awning for shade and a strong air conditioner/furnace to keep you comfortable. One indoor tv and one that can be moved outside under the awning area.What's includedCookware, small picnic table, 3x camp chairs, propane firepit, bike rack (2 bikes). A small bbq that connects to the RV propane source and an EZ up canopy for extra shade. Blankets, linens, pillows and shower towels.Delivery within a 30 mile radius from Corona. Can discuss possible further delivery area for rentals longer than 1 week.Other things to noteWe do our best to keep the RV looking and smelling fresh and clean so we do not allow smoking or vaping of any type.Pets are welcome if they are house broken. Two pet maximum and $100 non refundable charge for the trip.The fuel and propane tanks must be returned full.
