Sleeps 4
18 ft. long
Bring your well-behaved pup (no cats, sorry) to enjoy nature and your time outdoors! Note: We attempt to clean all pet hair between guests but since it's dog-friendly, there may be a stray hair or two. Thus, this may not be the rig for you if you have pet allergies. What's includedFresh linens for the queen and dinette beds
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, a French press for coffee, plates, bowls, cups, insulated wine goblets and beverage mugs, silverware, bowls, coffee cups, insulated wine cups, and cooking utensils. NOTE: tableware cannot be microwaved as it's made of enameled metal.
There is a small cutting board and sharp knives.
Small, 2-person tent and 2 sleeping bags (we keep this in the Pod in case our older kids want more privacy and are happy to share with you)
Games and cards can be found in the dinette bench storage
2 bath towels
Folding, packable beach/picnic mat
Does NOT Include a Generator - must be hooked up to shore power to use AC/Heater and microwave. The fridge runs off propane when not hooked up to power.RecommendationsEstablished campgrounds in summer and/or coastal camping any time of year. It gets pretty hot inside in the summer, so you'll want to have full "shore power" (plug into the campground) to use the AC in hot summertime climates or heat in the fall/winter/spring. Microwave only works when plugged into shore power. Please treat our little pod as you would your own home (or better!) as it’s used frequently as my mobile office and our “guest suite” when we have visitors.Don’t tow with too much water in tanks.
Must have 7-pin adapter for trailer connection
NO smoking IN or NEAR the trailer.
No food or grease down sink.
RV toilet paper only. We don’t typically use the toilet for anything other than #1, but if you do, do not use too much paper or the toilet will clog and there may be additional charges to repair it.
Other things to noteNO Burning Man rentals or festivals$150 tank dump fee if tanks are returned full. Details on properly emptying the gray, fresh waster, and black tanks are in the manual. Please don't hesitate to ask questions in order to avoid a dump fee.DO NOT use AC unless plugged into campground power.
