2018 Winnebago ERA 70X 4X4 "King OF THE Road"

A great van that’s very comfortable.

This was our first time renting through Outdoorsy, and unfortunately it will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. The RV came with zero written instructions—only what the owner quickly showed us at pickup. No guide on lights, how to open the gas tank, or how to connect Bluetooth. We literally discovered the gas tank location when we pulled into a station. That night, when we turned on the headlights, we immediately got a “low beam” warning. The owner’s explanation was vague (“something about an upgrade”), but it didn’t address the warning message. Outdoorsy’s own support advised us to take it in for service. At that point, we decided to cut our trip short and return the RV. Once we informed the owner, the lack of cooperation was striking. When we arrived to return the RV, he wouldn’t respond to texts or open the gate. It wasn’t until my husband called him directly that he finally answered—begrudgingly. The attitude felt like returning a defective product to Amazon and being told, “Well, we didn’t ask you to return it, so no refund—it’s your decision.” Overall, an extremely disappointing experience that left us feeling unsupported and frustrated.

We had a great trip. Working with Arvin and his family made the experience very easy. Highly recommend this van for any trip.
