2.0The hosts (Debra and Matt) rented out numerous RVs for an event, but only had 1 driver (Matt) delivering them, resulting in our RV being delivered 3.5 hours late. We ended up missing our event that evening and when we requested a refund for the $500 delivery fee the host categorically refused and reprimanded us for not tipping her driver (her husband). The RV itself was definitely worn and needs a deep clean. We found fake nails and used bandages in the top bunk and a roach crawling around in the kitchen. There was a leak in the ceiling over the lounge chairs in the living area and we had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. Be wary.
