This is the tiny home that we build and lived in for a year during the pandemic and our adventures led us to some of America's most beautiful places where we hiked, biked, and paddleboard. The YP Adventure Van is a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 170 Ext that is diesel and 4x4. Features include a queen-sized bed, 6 ft bench, swivel table, sink, filtered water, slideout refrigerator, induction stove, A/C, MaxAir ventilation, a heater, composting toilet, and garage. Lots of storage cabinets for clothes, groceries, gear, and 2 bikes can nest inside the garage. There is also a full-deck roof rack that can hold additional storage. There is a carrier for two stand-up paddleboards or surfboards if you choose. Plus, a fold-down bench seat for 2 passengers. Leveling blocks are included. Currently, the van does not have an awning.Power & Water: This camper van is designed for off-grid stays! The electrical system comprises 4-100amp Lithium batteries, an inverter for AC power, and roof-mounted solar panels. There is a shoreline power connection for any 30-amp camping spot. Plus the van charges the batteries when you drive so you'll be guaranteed to have full batteries when you reach your destination. The water system is a 20gal tank with a filtered water spout at the sink. The van is full of windows that allow for wonderful sunset/sunrise views in the comfort of the van. Each window has its specific cover that features insulation and magnets to snug closed. These make perfect air-pocket barriers that work great in hot or cold weather. These provide complete blackout privacy.Climate Control: The A/C is a roof-mounted 12v Dometic RTX 2000 and the heater is an Espar that runs off of the van's diesel tank. Both are specifically designed for efficiency and comfort. The rear windows next to the bed slide open and are screened. This along with the roof fan offer great sleeping.Restroom: You'll be blown away by the composting toilet! This is hidden away under the cabinets. What's includedHere's what comes with the YP Adventure CamperVan, Fresh linens, a down comforter, two pillows, pots, pans, an induction stove, cups, mugs, silverware, a trashcan, 2 Sky Gazer chairs, a lighter, BT Speaker, hand towels, 2-bath towels.RecommendationsTexas has some great state parks to explore for hiking, biking, and paddleboards. The van works great in campgrounds with or without hookups. If you're wanting an adventure then we recommend going west to Big Bend, New Mexico, Colorado, or Arizona. There are plenty of National Forest and BLM gravel roads to explore. Many with camping spots build into them. We mainly use the app Campendium to find new spots to camp.Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping in the van.
