Consistently responsive and helpful
Ryan consistently responded promptly to all questions, offered recommendations, and ensured guests were comfortable with the van's features. He was also accommodating with pick-up and drop-off.
Easy to drive, excels in mountains
The VanGoat is easy to drive, handles mountain highways with "serious pep", and gets good gas mileage. It's clean, reliable, and fully stocked with solar power, a 2-burner stove, and heat for off-grid camping. Easy to park.

5.0Traveled with two of my kids 8 and 12 across National Parks... What a great experience! Van is clean, reliable and good taking care. For the first timer it supper easy to operate. The owner (Ryan) - is exactly what would you expect from five star host. Absolutely recommend and will rent it again!

5.0Easy to drive. Pretty good gas mileage. The solar power was awesome as we didn’t have to plug in and could camp anywhere and still have heat and amenities. Good size for 2 for a week-long road camping trip. Ryan was responsive and available. We’ll definitely rent again.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The van is located in storage about 25 min away from airport. There are after hours key drop off at the facility so you can just return and drop off keys. We are more than happy to accomodate early and late pickups and dropoffs, as long as there isn't an existing trip that is in conflict. We will do our best to accomodate pickups and dropoffs at the airport if schedule allows.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The van is more than capable of being off-grid within reason. VanGoat will have full water which can last a full weekend of use for showers. Keep in mind the van uses a cassette toilet, functional and easy to keep clean, so there isn't a need for sewage hook ups. There are hoses for the grey water that can be hooked up at certain camp sites. And the shore power can be used at camp sites will maximize the power capabilities of the van when parked. We do not have a generator.
